"I ordered a variety of doughnuts that were delivered through doordash and I did not get what I ordered I got a lot of doughnuts that I did not want, apparently if you order from doordash they can give you whatever and you just have to deal with it. I spent $43 in all with taxes and delivery to only get something I didn't order and didn't want."

"Highly recommend. Cute donut shop with kind staff. We went specifically for the gluten free donuts for our 7yo and we were surprised at having options to pick from. Their other (regular, non-GF) donuts are good too! Our other kids enjoyed their donuts too."

"Donut quality has fallen off the rails. No wonder Jacks Donuts filed for bankruptcy. The websites say that business will continue uninterrupted but if their quality was bad before this. its not getting any better."

"I've only been to Jack's Donuts two other times, different locations. I dropped by here for a cheat day and was waiting behind one other customer who was just as unfamiliar with the offerings as I still am. For whatever clever reason, Jack's Donuts doesn't label anything, apart from a list of donuts on the window at the front of the store, nowhere near the case itself. Naturally, the other customer was asking about each item she was potentially interested in, inquiring about the fillings. The girl behind the counter (younger blonde with a septum piercing) already had a bit of an attitude, but grew increasingly short with the other customer as she transitioned to a hostile tone altogether. It was enough for me to leave at that point. That is not the type of person, by proxy business, that I want to support. It went from a moment of treating myself to walking away. Jack's Donuts needs to retrain this person or reassess their aptitude when it comes to customer service. Maybe F&B isn't the place for them."

"My server was very friendly and helpful. My wife loves the Cronuts because it is lighter than a glazed yeast donut and very flaky. I love the Applesauce and Chocolate cake donuts. The Applesauce cake donut has a good balance of spice and apple, and the Chocolate cake donut was very chocolatey. I love how they are light and flavorful with the icing. The best cake donuts I have ever eaten. I also enjoy the coffee they serve including the Holiday Grogg coffee, a very flavorful seasonal coffee."
