"The business plan was not being followed today. I got my coffee before noon. Not one person came out to the car to take anyone's order. It should not take twenty minutes for an iced coffee with less than six cars ahead of me. Completely unacceptable considering how much they make in tips and hourly wages. The business plan is for everything to move quickly and that was not the case today.Very disappointed."

"It’s not a bad coffee place. I usually don’t go for the coffee though unfortunately with most coffee joints, I always find them to burn the coffee. Other than that the service is extremely friendly. I’ve never had a disgruntled employee or had to deal with one there everyone is usually friendly even when it’s cold out And their other drinks are very good highly recommend it. I just wish that they weren’t so out of my way. Otherwise I’d probably go to more often."

"Waited in a line that wasn’t even very long for 45 minutes to get the holiday deal and they took so long that they closed before we made it through the line. We were 1 car away and still had a few minutes but they refused orders. I understand closing time, but it’s ridiculous when your service for drinks is that slow. Also, the left line went through several cars at a time while our line only served one car during the same amount of time, which is why we weren’t able to get through it. They also were not walking out into the line to take orders like they normally do, which would’ve sped up the line. It seemed like lazy workers considering how long we waited compared to other locations in the area."

"Cleaning the blending machine at 7:30 during the rush is a choice. Something is not working with your flow. Waited in line for 17 minutes this morning and I know people behind me waited even longer."

"workers often times take upwards of 5+ minutes to talk to their friends in other cars (even in other lanes) and stall taking your order. i get the same thing here a couple times a week, my drink costs about $7. the price is fine, whats not fine is how recwntly its been a 30/70 chance theyll make it correctly. when you pay $7 for a drink you order 2-3 times a week and its only made correctly one of those 3 times, you get a little pissy. i usually tip $1-2 to the staff just because working in food service sucks, but the craftsmanship here has gone down significantly i get my drink extra sweet, sometimes its no problem, today it just tastes like milk. EDIT: down to one star as the problem has gotten worse. someone needs to retrain the evening staff on how to make drinks because this is ridiculous. same $8 drink order as always and it tastes just like milk. ive wasted i dont know how much money getting poorly made drinks here. if i wanted a gallon of milk, id buy it at the store."
