from Google"We've been here a few times and it's been so good every time. We're there around brunch time. The French Dip was delicious, the skillet was so yummy, and the hash is good, although the portion was a bit small for my hubby. The service is always friendly and efficient. Small, cute and clean. We enjoy watching Family Feud while we eat. I had hot tea today and it was perfect on this chilly, rainy morning. I was leery of the biscuits and gravy. Usually white gravy tastes like flour to me, but it was really good! I've noticed they have many regular customers here. We definitely recommend this little Gardner gem!"
"Trails Café is the perfect breakfast spot! It has that cozy, small-town feel that makes you feel right at home. The pancakes are absolutely huge, and the chorizo breakfast omelette is amazing—easily my favorite. It’s our go-to place on the weekends for a quick, affordable bite and great coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is a total 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re in Gardner!"
"A little hit or miss, but usually pretty good breakfast. The new menus with breakfast burritos and tacos always available are a nice touch! Best time to come is either a weekday morning, early weekend morning, or late weekend morning after 10. The hot tea and coffee are excellent and the hashbrowns are usually good too."
"Food was great, ordered a bacon, ham and sausage omelette and received a ham and cheese omelette. Still good but the ham and cheese scramble, essentially what I got, was five dollars cheaper. Food great, Service great, but the three percent increase in price for using a card is ridiculous. Credit card transaction fees are pennies on the dollar. So not only are guests paying your transaction fees you are making profit off of card use as well. Your menu prices more than cover transaction fees."
"This place is small and kind of cramped but I took it being busy as a good sign. We were greeted and our drink orders were filled right away. After that everything went downhill. We didn't get straws after asking a few times I had to get up and get them from another waitress. We needed straws so my toddler could drink out of his cup. We ordered and were talking a while when we realized tables that came in after we ordered were getting their food before us. I got up again to speak with someone, our waitress came over and told us she put the food in but the kitchen didn't get it which I don't believe since everyone else was getting their food quickly. She put our order in and told us she would give us a discount. The food was good, I loved the link sausage and hash browns. The cinnamon roll is what made me go there and that was good but not quite soft enough. My son was scarfing it down because it took us about an hour to get our food. When we got the check it only had a two dollar discount for each meal. So $4 off for being forgotten about really wasn't good but we are just in town visiting anyway. I really wanted to give this place a better review but service is extremely important to me."
