"This place lives up to the hype!! The service, coffee, and food were exceptional. I ordered a cortadito and Pan con Lechon. Cortadito had great flavor and was incredibly smooth. Pan con Lechon is the best sandwich I have had in KC. Highly recommend!!!"

The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a spot I’ll definitely return to. The staff is kind and attentive, which I really appreciated. That said, there were significant delays in receiving our drinks and food, and the service felt a bit disjointed at times. It seems like there’s an opportunity to improve the speed and flow of service with more strategic planning and training. Still, the heart and hospitality of the team shine through, and I’m excited to come back and experience more of what they offer."
