"Came in on a slow Sunday night… ordered the Fat Bronco with marinara on the side… sandwich came with marinara on it and a side of marinara. I was the only guy in the restaurant… whereas every other restaurant on Mass Street was super busy. Had been eating clean for three days prior, so craving some grease!! Place was dirty…no excuse, there was no business there AT ALL. No music, three TV’s and none of them on; zero atmosphere, spent my time listening to the staff talk about their lives amongst each other in the kitchen instead of them going out and cleaning the dull and quite dirty dining room. Place needs an owner or manager who cares… this place has gone downhill since I last ate here several years ago. Was really, really hoping for better. Doubt this restaurant survives… they are a one trick pony; if you want this kind of food.. go to Jefferson’s, you will be miles ahead!! Pricey for what I got ($15 for a very average, and average sized sandwich). Was very bummed… was hoping for a great experience. Nice people working here, but again… this place is poorly managed or poorly owned… Got about what I expected for food, but everything else was well below average. Would be very difficult to recommend dining here…"

"Do you like food that you only dreamed about having as a kid or even an adult that makes your inner fat self scream with joy at the thought of eating it? If so this is the place for you!!! This was the most delicious and naughty meal I have had in a long time. Chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, bbq sauce, onion rings and more stuffed into a delicious bread ready to shove down your gullet. Just reading the menu makes you salivate. This is an awesome place with great food, excellent staff, and clean bathrooms. Drop by and ignore the calories for a treat that is worth every bite."

"Upon walking in, it looks like nobody works here. Nobody was at the counter and every single table is dirty. I decided to order at the order it yourself kiosk because it seems there are no humans here and it is literally crusty. I wanted to wash my hands after touching the kiosk but the bathrooms are empty. Been sitting here for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement from staff and have yet to even get my soda cup from the order I placed for myself. After seeing how filthy the tables and soda fountain are, I regret ordering food because I can't imagine how nasty the back of house is. I obviously did not add a tip when the self serve kiosk asked for one."

"We came here the morning after a show, and we were on the struggle bus. We needed a pick me up, so we decided to stop in the Fat Shack. Ordering was super easy, customer service was awesome, and the small wait for food was WORTH IT. Our family got burgers, jalapeño poppers, and cheese fries. The side sizes are huge, the burgers are made from scratch, and the restaurant was super clean. I didn't get a picture of the food before we ate (we were HONGRY), but we demolished it fast. The wait for the food is worth it. If you want a good burger for a morning after partying, this is your place!"

"1:00am Sunday, January 19th Gotta do better employees of fat shack, never ordered a E.coli burger and herd loud and clear because I was inside “wings finished in 2 minutes” and mine aren’t done either. Can’t even get my money back, first and last time coming here."
