"The Meadowlark is without question my new favorite spot in Lawrence! I live for a unique dining experience, and this place has nailed every detail with skill, intentionality and warmth. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful yet cozy and inviting at the same time. Everything I ordered had main ingredients that were familiar to me but was created in a way I had never experienced before, which made trying something that felt a little new very enjoyable and accessible. All of the staff was amazing and took time to answer my questions about the menu despite it being a busy Friday night. Literally cannot say enough good things about The Meadowlark and can’t wait to come back!"

"Beautiful and unique wine bar - cozy aesthetic, clean space. Elegant but completely unpretentious. Selection of wine is incredible and dynamic. Had the smoked salmon and goat cheese toast which was perfect - and fried potato with Alma cheese! Great for date night, small groups, or just solo at the bar! Got a chance to meet the owners - very lovely and kind Kansans: 10/10 experience."
