"My hubby loves this store because it reminds him of home. They have a lot of international products that you cannot find anywhere but here. I love the chocolate and candies in the front on the counter, and there are men baking fresh goods whenever I walk in. Another thing I love is clean ingredients. They are wonderful. See you soon."

"The Baba Ghannooj is the best I've had by far. It is deliciously smooth and smoky. We are addicted. The hummus is pretty darn good as well. Both can be purchased at Checkers, and I don't know how many times I've gone in for something else and walked out with a container of each. We also enjoy the carryout sandwiches, the falafel is delicious. I believe it is the owner who is always there behind the counter, and he is very eager to make sure you enjoy your food. The grocery aisle also has many nice items, while not huge, it is ample for all our Mediterranean cooking needs. The dining area is rather basic, not fancy. This is a place that focuses on the food."
