"I had a great experience here while searching for a new gravel type bike. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They took a great deal of time preparing three different bikes for me to experience on a test ride. They also have outdoor equipment/sporting goods, a coffee/beer bar, and kitchen…..I saw some food being brought out and it all looked good. Once I’ve done some more homework and decided which bike I want, I’d have no worries about buying from this local bike store."

"I'm going to take the time and delicacy to leave this review. I'm traveling across the United States on my bicycle and my cell phone broke. I was 20 miles from this city in Lawrence. The thing is, I left my cell phone being fixed and I needed to get some coffee when I saw this store and walked in. It's practically like heaven. I talked to the manager Paul and he's an incredible man. I asked him several things about my bicycle and he dropped everything to come and help me. I'm honestly amazed at how incredibly Paul treated me. Besides the fact that the store is wonderful, I really don't have words to describe how incredible I had a time here. I want to say, and speaking to the owners of this store, please keep this great man around and give him a raise. You can't let this gem go. Thank you for all your help and for what you did with my bicycle. You really are the best. "I ordered a bike here from out of state, because it was the only one I could find that was the model/year/color/size I wanted. They gave me a good price on it, and shipped it to me, which was great. The bike was disassembled and packed well, such that there was no damaged in transit, and it was relatively easy to put back together. Really happy with the experience!"

After sending several pictures about the size of tires needed, the tire tech came and determined all the tires on the bike needed was air. I thank you very much for your service. After asking about my bike repair needs, Zach offered to address them while I waited saving me a return trip.
