"Today me and my dashing girlfriend came into the big biscuit for…BISCUITS! Although everything changed when I looked deep into the menu and saw Nashville hot tenders and waffles, are you kidding me? Get out of here. They were sooooooo delicious. Our server Esther was very nice and gave us great customer service following up throughout our meal making sure we got everything we needed. Another 10/10 experience at THE big biscuit."

"Decided to come try this place, I am usually a big first watch person. I decided to sit outside and eat in the decent weather. Everything was good at the beginning. After I received my food the service disappeared. Not checked on once. Staff walking by my table. Not a word. I understand it can be busy, but I felt like I was forgotten. I didn’t get noticed till the table next to me got checked on. Really disappointed. I still tipped well because I’m a decent human. I feel like I should have went somewhere else."
