"The Bougie Pig makes some of the best coffee in Lawrence — truly. They use Repetition Coffee, and for whatever reason, it always tastes perfect here in a way other spots don’t quite nail. The place can get very busy and crowded, which might be why the vibe sometimes feels a bit cold, like you’re not ‘cool enough’ to be there. Still, the coffee is consistently amazing, and I hope one day the atmosphere matches the quality of what they serve."

The butter washed gin vodka pickle brine cracked pepper martini was the perfect cap to a perfect summer weeknight vibe."
