"I have been a regular customer at Zamaan Hookah for almost two years, and I used to truly enjoy coming here with friends. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday completely changed the way I see this place, and it left me very disappointed and embarrassed in front of the friends I invited. As usual, we came to relax, ordered mint tea and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches - a meal l have always liked here. After we had already been there for about an hour and a halt, the server suddenly came to tell us that we had to pay for a hookah, even if we were not using it. In two years of visiting Zamaan, no one has ever asked me to do that. This situation made me feel disrespected as a loyal customer. But what shocked us even more is that my friend found a hair inside his sandwich (as shown in the photo). This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and professionalism in the kitchen. I also want to mention that there is usually another server, the one with glasses who always speaks to me in Arabic. He is very kind, respectful, and professional, and I have always appreciated his great customer service. Unfortunately, he was not there yesterday, and the experience we had was the opposite of what I was used to. This incident not only ruined our visit, but it also put me in a very uncomfortable situation in front of my friends who came to discover the place for the first time. After what happened, I have decided that I will not be returning to Zamaan Hookah anymore."

"Zaman’s never misses. Their shawarmas are hands down some of the best and most authentic I’ve had, fresh and full of flavor. The hookah is always smooth, and the staff is amazing: super welcoming and always changing the coals without any attitude. It’s also a great place to chill with friends, with good food and a variety of games to enjoy. On top of that, I always feel very safe and comfortable here, which really makes a difference. "I was invited to Zamaan Hookah by a friend who has been coming here for a long time and always spoke very highly of this place. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different, and I was really disappointed, especially with the service. The server was not helpful and not professional at all. We were sitting, drinking mint tea, and eating our Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. After about an hour and a half, the server suddenly came to tell us that we had to pay for a hookah, even though we were not using one. This “hookah fee” is not written anywhere: not on the menu, not on any sign inside the restaurant, and not mentioned by anyone when we arrived. There is absolutely no indication that customers must pay for hookah even if they don’t use it. This felt unfair and very unprofessional. On top of that, the worst part was when I found a hair inside my sandwich. This is unacceptable for any restaurant and shows a serious lack of hygiene and care in the kitchen. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from a place that my friend trusted for years, but after what I saw, I would not recommend Zamaan Hookah to anyone."
