The employees are all really nice and the flavors are great, and the lids on the cups are convenient. If I could make a suggestion to be a little more environmentally friendly, could you ask if people want straws? The lids on the cups are great by themselves."

"I tried this place about a month ago and haven’t stopped going since because I love it. However, today I received a drink that was half empty. Same order that I usually get, I just said “a little less milk” and I got this half empty. The staff is amazing and always so sweet. I was just disappointed I spent $6 on a drink that wasn’t filled up."

"I have not been a coffee drinker in the past but do love coming to this location and ordering coffee. Service is normally great. However, today I experienced sitting in line for 10 minutes while one of the order takers was talking to two friends in a van in front of me and the other employee was concentrated on helping between 11 and 12 customers in cars in the other lane. 4:30 p.m. on 12/8/25. I finally switched lanes and should have tipped the young lady in the outer lane very well as I was paying cash and she was obviously trying to get through both lines of customers by herself as I watched the vehicles follow my lead and change lanes. I suspect you pay your employees to interact with customers and not spend time chatting with their friends?? My apologies if it was an emergency but it didn't look like one. Kudos to the young later in the outer lane. If I needed someone like her in my business, I'd steal her from you. The other one, you can keep."
