"Super overpriced for average quality. Ordered a small London Fog and was charged extra for vanilla because their recipe doesn’t include vanilla? A London Fog is a London Fog because it’s earl grey tea with steamed milk and vanilla. Why are we charging people extra for what should have already been included? I paid $8.18 for a small London Fog after tax. For the same price and a better drink you could walk across the street to Arrow, which is what I’ll be doing next time."

"Pros: warm and inviting space, comfortable lounges but lacks options. Cons: Food is basic coffee shop food, uncomfortable seating at tables, price of items, parking, no handicap button at doors. I went to this establishment today to do some business planning and this is how it went. The staff were inviting and friendly. There is plenty of seating here with several oversized chairs which were comfortable. The one caveat id say here is that there are not many comfortable chairs to sit and use your computer. I took off one star for the food, not the coffee. The coffee was great but the souffle was not what I expected. The crust of the souffle was closer to that of a pie crust rather than a souffle crust. I would recommend adding more butter to make the crust and filling more airy and light. The restrooms are clean and you'll have to take my word for it b/c I didn't take pictures in there. (Don't take your phone into the bathroom) 😯 I took another star off for food because of the price and the overall quality of the food. Most of the food tastes as though it has been sitting around awhile and for coffee shop foods this is even a disappointment. I am sure that the overhead due to it's location is a large reason for the up charging but I found it expensive. My wife and I got two souffles and two small chai tea lattes and paid 27$. For someone who have been to Europe many times I found these prices to be 15% higher than international prices and with less attention to detail in the preparation. I hope this helps.. Update: I notice that the coffee shop feels fairly sterile and has not one plant.lol It doesn’t help that I just saw a customer wipe their nose on one of the grey chair arms."
