"Used to absolutely amazing, coffee and food have been great for years. However, for about 2 weeks, wait time for coffee in the morning is about 13-20 minutes between 6:30-7 (drive thru and inside). Always one poor young lady hustling. I have had 3 free coffees this week because of the delay. Why isn't there more help during the rush anymore? Im still a loyal customer. p.s. most of your houseplants inside are dying or dead from no water."

But walked in to instantly hear the 3 women behind the counter refer to my party as "Karens" because we went through the drive through then when it was silent we just parked and went inside. Their talking instantly stopped and they went silent when they realized we came inside. Talk about awkward."
