"Ordered my normal Venti Americano on Mother’s Day. It was so strong I couldn’t drink it. Even added a sweetener. Tried to return the next day with empty cup and they wanted to charge me for another one. Really. Wow. I literally get an americano daily. Wow. What happened to customer service and common sense. They told me I should have brought it back in Mother’s Day. Really. Horrible experience."
