"This is the third time in 6 months that my account has been scrubbed from Daylight Donuts files. No record. All reward points gone. The first time I was told that mgmt changed hands and all accounts had been scrubbed. The second time the clerk simply had no idea why my acct no longer existed. Today the clerk said her monitor just went whoosh (apparently indicating I was again no longer in their system). As much as I’ve enjoyed Daylight Donuts for 6+ decades, I won’t sign up for yet another account. If the urge hits I’ll return,, but that’s unlikely."

"For weeks there has been NOTHING stocked that I wanted. Three days in a row of no milk, next week the same. I'm not coming back, but recommend anybody who wants something specific to stay away and not waste their time. If you want a random doughnut go for it, but NEVER get your hopes up for them having what you want, even early morning. This store is going to fail, no question about it."
