"I usually come here for my coffee and have always enjoyed it, but lately my experiences haven’t been great. When I visited yesterday, there were several employees standing around who could have been taking orders, which made the wait frustrating. I also asked for light ice and my drink was filled completely with ice. On top of that, the employee working the stand was very rude and didn’t engage in any conversation at all. I hope this was just an off day, but I wanted to share my experience because it’s not what I’m used to here."
