What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Hey if you guys are ordering online its bullshit management they don’t prioritize there orders on the first come first serve manner where they prioritize there instore customers even when a order is placed online first. And when the customer gets in to the store they give a 45 mins wait time again. Total crappy business. Manager is a total failure and disaster at order - inventory management. Funny thing is when asked for higher management to the manager who can’t understand English properly she is like you can complain to cooperate what an excuse to correct there mistakes regarding there order management. They are bad at respecting people time and value. The only thing which is keeping there business running is there food quality. I highly recommend people to choose a different option like : Kolache and coffee store to get the same type of food. Thank me later for saving your time."
"I initially planned to share a quick note about my amazing breakfast here, but after reading some of the negative reviews from people upset about last‑minute Christmas Eve pickups, I felt compelled to give a fuller, well‑deserved review. First, the hours of operation are clearly posted online, and it doesn’t seem fair to place the blame on the hard‑working crew for someone else’s poor time management. Now, onto the real highlight: the food. Every single morning I’ve come here has truly been a delightful treat, setting a cheerful tone for the rest of my day. The attentive and talented cooks deserve major congratulations for consistently delivering meals bursting with flavor, freshness, and an unmistakable homemade quality that makes each bite memorable. My personal favorite is the Texas Hot—it’s like a hot dog, but with a warm, golden bun wrapped completely around it, creating the perfect bite every time. It’s savory, satisfying, and just the right kind of comforting, hearty food to start the morning off right, leaving me full yet eager to return for more."
"I love this place! The kolache options are huge! I love the fruit options & cream spinach was amazing! Definitely try that & how you can go wrong with sausage & gravy! Amazing staff & always very helpful!"
"Online orders are a joke and management is poor. Unfortunately, I given a call the day of my order, which was Christmas Eve. I had ordered a week before. I was told they would be closing at 11 instead of two. I live 50 min away and I had to switch my whole day around to pick up my order. I was then called back 2 hours later to be told that the muffins I ordered…. two of the flavors, they were out of. She told me they she was able to “snag me” 1 muffin of the flavors I ordered as if it was a favor that she was able to get me one muffin out of what I had ordered. The whole point of placing an order the week before and online is so that your order will be fulfilled. I was left without a portion of my order and had to come early. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was told she would not be in today. I asked for the number to an owner or GM and was referred to corporate. There is no point to place an order and especially for the holidays if the order cannot be fulfilled. Walk-in customers are served first making it so that what you ordered is no longer available. I don’t understand how a business is not able to look at orders five days out and make the appropriate amount of what is ordered and put that aside before they serve in-store customers. It doesn’t make any sense at all and it is horrible Customer Service. I drove from almost an hour away to have specifically what I ordered for Christmas morning. The solution from the person calling me was….would you like to cancel your order. That is obviously ridiculous since I ordered them for Christmas and it is tomorrow. I also wonder how long they had known that their store would be closing at 11 instead of two and they decided to call me that morning, Christmas Eve morning, to let me know the day of the store closing. My husband also often orders from here for a client breakfasts and this happens to him often. To him it is not a big deal because he is fine with it being switched out for something different, although, that is still not acceptable from an online order placed early to guarantee the items you would like. We however, ordered specific stuff for our Christmas morning based on allergies and different things and were not able to get what we ordered and wanted."
"The wife and I had never had kolache before and were curious. So she got a bacon egg and cheese and I got a smoked beef sausage. Imagine my surprise when I bit into it and there was a tiny summer sausage whole inside. It was warm and flavorful without being greasy and the bread was soft and moist and perfect. Loved it! The wife's breakfast one was delicious too! So good I forgot to take a picture!"
"I'll admit, I have only tried the sausage gravy Kolaches, however....,they are absolutely amazing. The dough is so soft with a hint of sweetness. I love the..."
