from Google & Yelp"My server Taylor was AMAZING. Super nice and the food was great. I hope every table gets Taylor as their server because she is the best. I will be coming back to this Big Biscuit and requesting Taylor to be my server."
"I went to The Big Biscuit and had a great experience. The food was delicious—fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, cheesy eggs, and golden hashbrowns. Everything was cooked just right. What made it even better was the atmosphere. I happened to be the only person eating in the restaurant at the time, and it was incredibly peaceful. No noise, no rush—just a calm, relaxing breakfast. If you’re looking for hearty comfort food in a laid-back setting, this is definitely the spot."
"First time ever at eating at one of these restaurants, and I must say, I can't believe we waited so long. The food was Excellent, the atmosphere was friendly and clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. Our party consisted of 2 adults and a teenager, our bill averaged $20 per person (total of $61). No wait to be seated, even though they location was quite busy. Each of our party ordered something different and everything was served quickly and correctly. The food was delicious. I highly recommend them and believe was have found our new breakfast stop when in the area! If you haven't dined there before, you should!"
"This is my 1st review ever since I never leave reviews, but considering their unethical business practices, I felt compelled to warn people about this place. Customer service here is HORRENDOUS!! I got take out from there about 3 weeks ago. Asked for a fruit substitution for my omelette order instead of what usually comes with it. They didn't inform me that I'd be charged for it, but that's fine, I don't mind even if they did charge for it; however, they should at least give me a heads up about it so that I wouldn't think why one omelette = $18.52. When I took the food home, not only did I find out from the receipt that they had indeed charge me, but THERE WERE NO FRUIT in the bag (and come to find out just now from the receipt that I found, a delivery fee was tacked on as well)! I quickly called them to let them know and I was put on the phone with the manager who didn't even apologize for the oversight or even offer for me to come back to get it, but assured me (i.e. lied) that he was going to refund me the fruit charge. He even said that he was doing it 'right now'. Well, it slipped my mind to check my credit card over the next few days to see if I was indeed refunded. To be honest, I forgot about this whole incident until today, when I got my credit card bill invoice. There was a $18.52 charge from Big Biscuit, but no credit from them. I don't care about parting with however much the fruit charge was, but I certainly don't appreciate UNSCRUPULOUS business tactics and being lied to about "being refunded right now". Whoever the owners of this establishment is has to be aware of whoever they hire, because this is bad for business. This left a horrible taste in my mouth and will avoid this location, even though it's super close to me. I will take my business to the Big Biscuit on 111th and Antioch instead. I'm aware of the restaurant business (it is definitely not easy) growing up with my mom being a restauranteur and having helped her at her restaurant many years of my life, so this just doesn't sit very well with me. BEWARE of this location!!"
"We had a great breakfast experience at The Big Biscuit today which is a favorite dining spot for my elderly parents. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she did an excellent job keeping us content with her attentive service. We have had multiple enjoyable experiences at this specific location (135th St in OP). Thank you!"
"Nice place! Clean and good vibe with a homey yet modern style. My food tasted great and I thought was a pretty nice price too. The waiting staff was helpful..."
