"A STUNNING little coffee shop with a roasting area in the back! They source their beans from all over the world & roast them here! The coffee menu is extensive & they offer all types of syrups and milk options. Whole milk is standard, but they also have skim, oat milk, and almond milk. Upon entering we were greeted kindly by the barista who explained the menu. We chose several drinks and enjoyed them in the beautiful area with the plants and the sunshine. We ordered the beach bum 1/2 sweet with skim milk. 10/10 Iced crème brûlée latte 9/10 Salted toffee bar latte iced 7/10 Golden eye latte iced (unrated because the one who ordered it didn’t read the menu, and wasn’t expecting turmeric 😝) We will definitely be back!"

"So I literally never leave bad reviews, or really any reviews, but I just need to share my experience. I’ve been coming to Signet for years now since first discovering their coffee. It truly is delicious, high quality coffee. However, their customer service is lacking. I ordered a drink there yesterday that I’ve ordered several times before, and upon receiving it, I realized it was made wrong. I explained to the barista that it wasn’t right, and the person who took my order (I believe one owners or a manager) told me that I didn’t order it correctly. Apparently, I was supposed to clarify that I wanted the sauces, not the syrups. There was only one other time this drink wasn’t made right, and when I told the barista, they immediately offered to remake it. This time, not only would they not remake it, they said if I wanted it made the right way, I would have to order and pay for a whole new one. I was honestly in disbelief at the complete lack of customer service. The lady was pretty rude during the exchange and offered no ways to remedy the situation. So after already paying for an expensive iced latte, I had to shell out +$7 for another one to be made the right way. I feel like she could’ve at least met me in the middle and let me pay a partial amount since it was their mistake as well. But nope. I guess they don’t care about ensuring the customer is satisfied. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m going to think twice before returning. This has always been my favorite coffee shop ever since trying it for the first time, so I’m very disappointed that I probably won’t be returning now at least for a while. I truly hope they improve their customer service to match their quality of coffee."

"Probably the freshest coffee in all of the SEK. They roast beans twice a week. You really can't go wrong with any of the drinks! The food is pretty good as well. Beautiful atmospheric and great service."
