"I'm a very picky coffee drinker. My drink I make in my own shop is a mocha with 4-6 shots, and only 1 or 2 pumps of mocha sauce depending on the day. I ordered the Howert's hammer and was incredibly impressed!! My wife got the Mine dust, and she loved it. We also got the chocolate banana crepe, and it was perfect. If I was local I'd be at this shop every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was incredible, and the coffee was perfect! Thank you to The Balkan, for doing coffee well, and inspiring me to do better at my own shop. I'm just sad I live nearly 7 hours from this incredible Coffeehouse!"
