"I've been to rise three times in the last 2 weeks and all three of those times my chicken sandwich was burnt. I used to go here a lot a couple of years ago and the quality was much better. Seems like it's falling off pretty hard. Still really love to eat here. Hope they correct this soon! 01/02/2026 The problem has been fixed and the chicken is great again!!!!"

"I've driven by here hundreds of times and wanted to try them and today I did. The princess has the week off and I didn't feel like cooking breakfast so I picked up two biscuits breakfast sandwiches a side of cheese grits and a glazed blueberry biscuit for carry out. Everything was very impressive. The restaurant is very clean bright and full of good smells. We shared everything as usual. The food was hot and tasty I especially enjoyed the grits. The service was fast and friendly. I'll will definitely return to try the chicken as well as the biscuits and gravy."

"I had the worst experience this morning. We've ordered out from this Rise multiple times and never had an issue until today. My husband went in to pick up our order and was told they didn't get the order. He came back out to the car and I gave him my phone with the order confirmation to show them. Then he was told that they gave our order to someone else and it wasn't their problem and they refused to remake our order or issue a refund. We both went back in and were told the same thing. It wasn't their problem that they gave our food to the wrong person and they didn't have to remake our order or give us a refund, which BTW you don't get to charge me for food I didn't get because you gave it to the wrong person! I went back and forth with the VERY rude lady at the register and demanded she do something and they finally remade our order. I have never been treated so rudely or not have a restaurant fix THEIR mistake. We won't be returning until their staff is trained on how to treat their customers properly, especially when it was it was the staff who made the mistake. Unacceptable!"

We ordered blueberry glaze muffins and a unique combo with a blueberry glazed biscuit for my hot honey butter chicken. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with jumbo cheesy tots was perfect. A must-try in Prairie Village."
