"I called in an order close (15 mins) to closing time and asked if they could do it because we would arrive two minutes before closing time. The gal graciously said of course and took my order. When we arrived I told them thank you for being so kind, taking my pickup order even though it was closing time when we arrived to pickup. They told me thank you for calling it in, I could tell they appreciated it. Our coffees and wrap were great like the customer service."

"I visited this coffee shop while I was out of town in Salina, Kansas for work. I ordered something new that I had not tried before. It was a “Chagaccino.” The cashier knew that I was trying it for the first time. While I was sitting down working, she followed up with me and asked if I liked it. I guess she could tell by my response that it wasn’t my favorite. She offered to change it for me, but I told her that it was ok. Someone else then came and checked in on me and offered to make me a different drink because they seen that I had not drank much of it. Instead of taking a new drink, I just asked them to pump some pumpkin and vanilla chocolate flavor to see if it got better. Long story short it didn’t and I didn’t really care to drink it. They kept following up with me and insisting that they make me a different drink, but I did not want to burden them. Shout out to their team for their hospitality and their desired to make sure that I was happy. 😊 Your service made me happy and that’s what matters!!"
