"Rind & Grind has become one of my regular stops in Salina. Their smoothies are consistently fresh, healthy, and full of flavor, you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The bowls are just as impressive, always beautifully put together and packed with nutrients. The customer service is another huge reason I keep coming back. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and clearly well-educated on the menu and ingredients. The store itself is always spotless, which makes the whole experience even better. I wish I had gotten the names of one of the men and a couple of the women who worked there, as I wanted to acknowledge them specifically. They are always especially helpful, knowledgeable, and professional every time I visit. Overall, this place is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great smoothies and exceptional service."
