"I had very high hopes for this place because multiple people recommended them as I was planning my daughter in laws baby shower. However, I was let down! when I first called to make an order The woman on the phone was very condescending and interrupting me as I was trying to explain what I was wanting . All I wanted was regular glazed donuts with pink yellow and teal colored frosting on the tops, I placed my order and she gave me a time for pick up. I arrived on time to pick up my order and I waited in line as she served the other customers, I observed that she was rude to everyone in line ahead of me. When I got up to the counter I noticed that the donuts were stacked on top of each other and the tops of the boxes were touching the tops of the donuts. She was rude to me while I was checking out and I got out of there as fast as possible, I would’ve said something about the quality but I wanted to avoid conflict because the baby shower was about to start. Below I will post some pictures of the donuts they looked a complete mess they looked unprofessional and the frosting on some had come off to the bottoms of others from being stacked on each other and everyone was dissatisfied with the taste of them as well. I normally don’t leave reviews and the only reason I am is because of how rudely I was treated as a paying customer. Most the time I can handle one or the other; rude service but a good product or a bad product but good service, however this place had bad service and unimpressive donuts. Unfortunately, I do not see myself returning to do business with them. I wish I had a more positive experience to share!"

"Paradise is a local donut shop with that old-time donut shop feel. The service was prompt and polite. The donuts are fantastic. Goldilocks donuts, not to to airy. Just right, and the maple frosting was excellent."
