"5/2020 I have tried quite a few roasters during COVID, with a focus in Chicago area. I only drink single origin, lighter roast. Which limits my options. These have been the best beans I have received, no competition. I received them a few days after they were roasted (in IL). Was lucky to have ordered the two Ethiopian while they were on sale. Size options are 12oz and 5lbs; I wish there was 1lb. I am not sure I drink enough for 2lbs without it aging too much, but I drink more during quarantime. Definitely will be ordering more and recommending to anyone who likes light roast. 9/2020 Ordered again, and they are still in my top three favorite Roasters."

"This is the first time I have given one star to any establishment . We had a 20 minute wait, seriously, for our coffee. During that time we watched a flurry of women who did not know what they were doing, wander around their kitchen, not making our lattes. After a while, I finally asked one of them if they were new. She said they all were and had not even worked a whole shift yet. Not surprisingly, we were given the worst coffee I’ve ever had. We were asked to tip before hand, which was a travesty. We should have been given a full refund and an apology. This is not satisfactory. And not a great representation of Kansas. This was my first trip to Kansas."
