"First off let me start by saying the customer service was excellent and very friendly. I got the pork tenderloin sandwich meal and honestly the fries were really good but my pork tenderloin sandwich was completely RAW not even undercooked, it was fully raw. This was even after they told me at the window to be careful because it was fresh out of the fryer. I might consider going back for the custard but I don’t think I’ll ever get the food there again."

"We tried Sheridan’s Frozen Custard for the first time, and it was just as good as G’s—maybe even better in some ways! They had a fun quote posted encouraging customers to ask if they don’t see a flavor, and we did just that. To our delight, they had coconut shavings in the concrete, which added a lovely texture and flavor. The custard itself tasted great, though it was a bit soupy—possibly due to the high temperature. It wasn’t as solid as we expected, but the flavor still shone through. Despite that, it was an amazing treat and definitely worth a visit. Freshly made, flavorful, and full of character—Sheridan’s is a solid pick for anyone craving a cool dessert in late evening. This would be my last dessert before leaving Topeka. I will be back!"

"Great family eating place and awesome custard. Best place to go after work and during holidays plus maybe even after school. You can eat dine and if you’re busy get to go. I really do recommend going to Sheridan’s you will not regret it."

"I got the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was not even cooked inside . I ate a couple of bites and was wondering why it wasn't hot and was mushy. I got the 3 chicken strips and fries and drink. Strips and fries were old and cold and the fries were soggy.Whenever it was cooked, it must of been in old grease . My drink had hardly any ice in it . It wasn't even cold. I ended up throwing $24 away. They need to concentrate on training the employees to cook properly. Putting out food like that should of got someone fired or close it down .Totally gross .There is NO excuse for that . Kid that helped me was nice but food sucked."
