"Absolutely amazing staff. My fiancé and I went in looking to get sour dough starter for his aunt and ourselves. We have never made regular bread, let alone messed with sourdough! One of the bakers in the back came up front and took her time to explain how to use it that day if we wanted, feed it and everything. The (I assume) owner even gave us bread to take home and try. They were so kind to us, but also every interaction I could hear was positive and kind. The bread we got was so good, we are already planning a trip back to try out more of their items. Definitely recommend this place."

She was incredibly sincere and transparent, explaining that she has been running the bakery entirely on her own following the passing of her husband. ​She took full responsibility for the communication and quality issues I experienced. To rectify the situation, she immediately arranged to have a fresh, guaranteed sugar-free cake delivered to my parents’ house today. It is rare to find a business owner who reaches out with such honesty and heart. "I had not been to Bagatelle since they were on 13th Street, 20+ years ago. It was a surprise to see they were now on East Harry. Our trip was phenomenal! Kasey took great care of us. We missed the lunch special, but she recommeded the sandwiches and sides. EVERYTHING we tasted was excellent. Bagatelle will part of my future trips through Wichita. "Wow! This place is such a hidden gem! Our group was beyond impressed. All of the food was soooo good, do not miss the Manoushi or the cinnamon rolls! I don't think you can go wrong with any of the bakery items either. If you visit in the fall we decided the pumpkin bread was the best we have ever had. The staff is really nice and I am so thankful they are sharing their Lebanese heritage and food with Wichita!"
