"Okay so we’ve been going to Bagel Haus for a while, me and my partner love their bagels. We always buy them at the farmers market. We arrived at bagel haus at 10:07 this morning, ordered two bagels and a bag of their discounted ones as well. Only to have waited 40 minutes for our two bagels, to be toasted. We ended up getting our bagels at 10:47. This not only happened to us but also every customer that was in. The woman who served us our bagels was pretty apologetic, took our names and and offered us a coupon. I’m glad that they recognized the problem but this wasn’t the first time we had to wait long for our order. Last time it was 20 minutes. We try our best to be patient, we know customer service jobs sometimes have set backs. But please whoever the higher ups are you need a better process to make orders and get them out on time. For those looking to visit, it’s a good place but just go to their farmers market location in downtown every Saturday. It’s quicker and better worth your time then to visit the store if you’re looking for breakfast or lunch."

"I have come in several times. Each time I try a new bagel sandwich and a tea or smoothie. They all are excellent! I loved each thing I have tried. Love the muffins too. Wow! I am way over on the other side of town, but it is good enough to drive over here for some delicious meals. Love the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Best service around. I love the coziness of the shop. It's relaxing. I sip my tea, and relax for awhile. I could spend too much time here."

"First time going here and left semi-frustrated. Off the bat they used the wrong bagel for my sandwich I asked for a sesame seed and received a poppyseed bagel. Not a huge deal, I’ll eat either so I didn’t say anything. We’re sitting down at a table and the person who rang us up says they didn’t charge us for an item off our order? So they ask if we want a tub of cream cheese, we say no thank you and she continues to go on and says it will be an extra charge to get cream cheese with the half dozen we ordered. We again, said no thank you we’re alright, we just wanted a half dozen which was pretty clearly stated by us. When my husband goes up to pay for the part she forgot to charge us for she asks again what kind of cream cheese we want… I’m frustrated because we said several times what we wanted and it felt pushed for us to pay more out of pocket. It just felt disorganized, the bagel was tough to bite through and the coffee was terrible. Overall, was disappointed in the service. "Bagel Shop and local artisans!! I visit December 2023. I gotta say this place is just right for a quiet morning for one. Normally, places are packed and noisy but not here. They do have a drive-through around the building, but I stopped in to get the experience. The display had enough assortments compared to all the other bagel places in town. I moved to KS from California, where Bagel is part of the morning coffee. I had a pleasant conversation with the lady who bought the place. This place used to be owned by another business, and new small businesses thrive on people's feedback to improve and grow. This is a true locally owned business starting in the bagel business and had lots of room for growth. She said these are New York style bagels, and they don't look like store bought ones. Texture is softer than you would expect, and with a little toasting, bagel came out crunchy and soft, which is a new texture experience for a bagel. I bought half a dozen to give it a proper tasting before posting. 🤞🙏California style is still missing and is a high deman bagel in Wichita. Lastly, my coffee was just right. I don't get the sweetness right anywhere else. It's not too sweet with 1 shot espresso in a latte. Thanks for the wonderful 1st visit, and I'll be back frequently."
