"When we showed up there was one worker here who was absolutely crushing her job. She was handling the drive through and the counter. She was amazing and the donuts were a 10/10 yet again. If you ever get the chance to stop at a parlor donuts do not pass it up"

"Wanted to be the first to review Parlor Doughnuts in BG! Line was wonderfully long on first day. Owners and staff were very nice! Place looks amazing inside with comfy seats and a lounging area. Sells Doughnuts of course, drinks, and breakfast goods. Sandwich was great and donuts were too!"

"The staff was not very friendly. In addition to it not being a welcoming atmosphere, there was also a hair in our tacos. The doughnuts were good, but they were sold out of many of the options by 9:30 am. We got two different coffees, both were horrible. Easily the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered a seasonal latte and it tasted like black coffee with nothing put in it other than a splash of milk. I would’ve asked for them to correct it, but they were already so unwelcoming I did not want to interact with them further. Not a good experience"

"Ordered a few gluten free and regular donuts online. Told us our order would be ready but when we got there we had to wait an extra five minutes (there was no one else there). First guy says they don’t even have gluten free, then a manager comes out and tells them the vegan donuts are also gluten free so then they make our donuts. When we get back to the house we realize they topped the gluten free donut with cookie pieces so it’s no longer gluten free. We also ordered a regular jelly filled donut and it was extremely disappointing. Almost nothing was inside it! Almost 16 dollars for four donuts! I feel like the workers should care a bit more…"
