"I love this place. I have been a regular customer at both of their locations for years and years. I love supporting local. The food is always good, especially their pastries and bagels. The atmosphere of both locations is really enjoyable. I personally think the prices are fair. The employees are always very nice. But I have to take off one star because they mess up my order soooo much :( countless times I have gotten home with my order to find something missing from my order that is listed right on the ticket - meaning I paid for it. I’m not joking that it’s a 50/50 shot when I go through the drive thru that my order is correct. When I do call to complain they are very accommodating and apologetic but it’s just a bit ridiculous how much it happens in the first place. I still love Q and will continue to go there but I wish they would fix this issue!"

"LOVE everything about Q. The coffee, the atmosphere, the food, the prices are great! Clean bathrooms, clean dining area, friendly staff. Great place to meet friends over coffee and the giant cinnamon rolls 💜 parking can be a challenge sometimes but worth it."

"Full 5 stars without question. They have outdone themselves with the design of the new location. Parking lot was packed but when inside service was quick and didn't look as full as the lot did. Lots of seating area upstairs and outside. Service was quick and the pastry display and coffee prep area looks great. The Boston cream pie chocolate croissant was something I've never had before and was amazing!"

"The atmosphere is nice, especially for students or people looking for a nice place to work outside the office. I prefer the tea blends and food options at Q, especially the Danish!! The coffee is still good, but the prices are a bit high. The staff are very wonderful and the drive thru is very convenient though!"

"I've been going here for over a year. They know who I am by my order. I have ordered the same drink since going. I get a sugar free Carmel blended Q. Several make it perfect and some don't it taste like milk. Because the one's who don't make it have any flavor I have to pay over a 1.00 more. I love the Employees they always made me feel special 6 day's a week. I don't ask for xtra just flavor and not runny. I will be finding somewhere else to go I'm not paying 9.01 for a drink. I have never asked for any xtra but since I complain that my drink taste like Milk i have to pay for flavor. Disappointing"
