She cheerfully asked if we wanted to add any extra flavoring or shots, then made the kindest, most genuine conversation with us while we waited for our drinks. She has such a warm, caring demeanor. It truly brightened our entire day! With over 17 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, and management, I can confidently say this was an absolute treat. It’s rare to see such sincere kindness and professionalism, especially from someone so young. She is a gem and such a wonderful representative of your company. 🌟 Also, we love your coffee and visit this location quite often!"

"Wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru to get my large iced coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The straw they offered sinks into the large cups to the point that it's no longer usable and 1 of the breakfast sandwiches is made incorrectly. I call and let the manager on duty know about the 2 issues. I was told the straws are out of their control and that the breakfast sandwich can be replaced but I have until the end of the day to receive the replacement. I can't redeem my replacement sandwich after their "24 hour replacement policy" even though its actually 10 hours. If the straws are small, why dont you let customers know that the straws won't work on the large beverages? Why offer a large at that point? Is it really a "24 hour replacement window" if it's only until the end of that business day? I've been a long time customer of this location and I can say, wholeheartedly, that this experience has me rethinking my patronage to this location. Make sure to check your orders and verify the straw size before you leave the drive-thru."

"Dawg. I live nearby and finally checked it out recently and I’m addicted 😂 easily one of the best egg sandwiches I’ve ever had. Great selection of drinks. I think it’s better than Starbucks. I've been here a few times now and the staff are all pretty cool as well. Good customer service. 10/10 recommend."

"if you look closely (i wanted to make sure you could tell it’s a biggby cup) the bottom is filled with espresso coffee grounds 🤮 this was my first time visiting and i won’t be back ): there was also no ice in my iced drink. not to mention it’s super dark i’ve never had an iced latte look like this. it’s very gross and a rip off i’m pretty bummed out."

"I try to only leave positive reviews on Google but unfortunately this isn’t 1 of them. I was surprised and disappointed after I sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins only to be denied my coffee because I attempted to pay for my order with a $50 bill! The drink was already made and I was handing the $ to the cashier only to refused service for trying to pay with my cash. And unless I overlooked it there is no sign saying they don’t accept $50s. I can’t believe 1 of the fastest growing coffee shops around refuses a cash transaction? I know for a fact if I walk into Starbucks or Dunkin with a $50 they won’t refuse my $$$. Please do better!"
