"I ordered Bragel sausage, egg, and cheese today with Green tea. The bragel is soggy and wet like it not cook properly. My frozen green tea tastes good but needs more ice in it. I am a fan of Biggby but today I feel very disappointed. They used to be better or I should go to other locations."

"Biggby is the superior coffee company. Neither Starbucks nor Dunkin can hold a candle to Biggby. SO MANY flavors to choose from, so many beverage options to put those flavors in, so many snacks to round out your trip. You literally can't beat it. Plus, the espresso is pulled fresh for every drink so you don't end up with a drink that tastes almost burnt, old, and stale, which is my number one complaint almost every time I try to go back to Starbucks."
