"This was our first time visiting so we didn’t know what to expect. The online pictures and reviews helped us decide to try it. We had the chicken tender basket and the chicken salad sandwich. Both were excellent! They have a nice variety of food options for both breakfast and dinner. I wish I could have given them a 5 star review but the initial welcoming experience was lacking. We weren’t greeted by the gentleman working the counter and after we asked a few general questions, he still didn’t offer any help. After he realized that we were first timers, I would have expected more. The price was a little higher than we expected, but the food was great! We will definitely try the other location in Independence."

"From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the staff we knew we were at the right place. Food was delicious, biscuits and gravy, french toast, lemonade, chicken fingers and fries. Exceeded our expectations. We had a very large team of families and football players. Almost 30 people. The staff handled it patiently, professionally and made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I honestly can’t say more about the staff. The really cared about the customer experience. Attentive, informative and helpful. "Such a wonderful staff. I was ordering through the online system and had accidentally selected the wrong side and didn't realize that it did not come with fries until I got home. I called up there and went to pick up fresh fries and even offered to pay for the mistake on my end, but they were very helpful and kind. The food here is phenomenal and always fresh. Plus the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful."

"Was our anniversary. My husband found it on line for somewhere different. It sure was. Very relaxing but nice. Order at window off lots of options on the menu. Was hard to decide, but we ended up with triple BLT and onion rings. My husband got catfish basket and hush puppies. He also tried beans and ham with cornbread. Food was outstanding and freshly cooked. They bring the food out to you when it's ready. Will definitely return and we told everyone about this place, don't pass it up for sure. Has outside seating."
