"I am not from Lexington and I’m normally not a big coffee person, but Nate‘s coffee was in the right place at the right time… Even better than the fact that they were awesome barista’s, beautiful drinks for my son and I… Eli and Annabel were so friendly and had awesome customer service skills that cannot be beat!! They were incredibly welcoming, have an Awesome demeanor, and chitchatting friendliness !! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Maybe I’m exposing my naivety as a Brit travelling in Kentucky, but I think I expected some Southern hospitality in Lexington. We did have some warmth in certain places, but Nate’s was ice cold. Our coffees were pretty good (although I’m a bit of a coffee connoisseur denier), the $3 self toasted bagel was fine (toaster was a bit dirty), but the staff were standoffish and snarky. Alright Nate, just because you’ve rounded up some kooky teens to pour hot water through beans, it doesn’t mean we need a side of stink eye. Also the muffin was trash, the wife couldn’t even finish it."
