"Normally I love this place, I'm there a couple times a month bc it's so local and good. Today I'm extremely disappointed... First I'm pulling in at 7am, an employee stops and takes the parking spot directly in front of the doors... Any good manager would cringe at this move. I'm the second person in line, the person in front of me had an order placed multiple days ago that they weren't ready for at all (this is not the first time I've seen them not at all ready for a large order). The customer clearly had plan and had communicated well but they were baffled by 2 plus dozen donuts. I ordered a specialty latte that was on the menu for my friend's birthday, and they didn't have the ingredients to do it and told me after I had already paid for it. I also ordered a dozen speciality donuts. It took 18 minutes to get my order, normally I'm asked what I want for the specialty donuts and I was not. I did end up getting one free donut out of my weight because I didn't get the specialty donut that I wanted, so I appreciate that. But overall just a bad feel and that feeling has been more and more lately."

"Great coffee and donuts, I've been coming here for years as an occasional treat and to spend some time getting remote work done. The coffee specials are always fun but definitely on the sweeter side if that's your thing. They've recently started roasting their own beans in house too and so far I'm really liking their offerings there! Great atmosphere too, plenty of seating between the area in the coffee shop itself and the rest of Greyline, and overall good vibes."

"I LOVE the donuts at this place! My favorite are the plain glazed. They’re all very unique to this place and thick, so very filling. The coffee is good too. Everything is affordable, the inside is a vibe, and the service is 10/10. The parking is accessible with street and 2 actual parking lots too."

"Our group got hot latte’s and they were well steamed and the coffee was pretty smooth. The cafe latte oatmilk allowed me to taste the bean and it was a little dark for my personal taste but still enjoyable. They have a variety of unique donuts. We got the plain glazed, dark chocolate orange filled, and lemon cake donut. We enjoyed it all!"
