"I work in the mall where this one is located and today I downloaded the app and ordered through it for first time. I’ve ordered coffee here before and never have had any issues and my coffee was good! I placed my order at 12:50pm for 1pm pickup. I ended up arriving later at 1:21pm because the tracker never changed from “received”. So, I thought it’s just a glitch it’s been thirty minutes and went to pickup. The girl working was sitting down on her phone and my order was nowhere to be seen. I politely told her I had a pickup and she was not very pleasant and said it’d be at the end of the bar in a few minutes. She then took an order for three other customers behind me and made all their coffees first. Once mine was finally made 40 minutes later she called my coffee name out and never said sorry your order wasn’t ready, or apologized for the extremely long wait for a single coffee. Had she showed any concern I wouldn’t have even wrote a review but it was a very unpleasant experience."

"I went to the mall yesterday with my little brother and saw that there was a new coffee shop. We both ordered drinks, he got a strawberries and cream coffee and I got an iced chai tea latte sub regular milk for almond milk which is .85 extra. The two people working weren't very friendly at all, seemed annoyed that there were people there. The wait wasn't long, which was nice. But, I didn't get almond milk I got regular milk and I'm allergic. It's not a preference for me, it's literally because I'm allergic not lactose intolerant. So I've been extremely sick all day. Thankfully I'm not deathly allergic, but what if I was? And on top of that, I tipped fairly well just for them to ignore my request and make me extremely sick. Will not be back."

"Pretty good coffee stand in the mall! My husband liked is so much, he got two coffees in the time we were there. They also have a summer specific menu, I tried the blackberry + lavender drink, it was great :)"
