"Wonderful service, and food! I took 4 dozen donuts to medical staff at a local hospital and found out they do give discounts for medical. That was amazing! Also, for those with diabetes or just not wanting all the extra carbs, they do have several sugar free syrups for your coffee. Worth your time to check them out!"

"I have been coming to Bamboo often for a few months now, so this review is long overdue. The cake donuts are amazing. They are very moist, which is refreshing because cake donuts at other places can be so dry. I didn’t like cake donuts until I started going here. Also not only do they have amazing donuts, but their drinks are amazing as well! I typically get a strawberry matcha, but I’m impressed with any other drink I try. My favorite was a seasonal blueberry matcha they had with cold foam. Their coffee/ lattes are good too. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you decide to order here. I hope this local business lasts in Louisville because they deserve it. Service is good as well, the employees are extremely friendly/ helpful."

"This is my favorite donut shop! Unfortunately I live 5 hours away so I only get to go here when I'm in Louisville visiting friends. I never liked cake donuts before, but these are unlike any cake donuts I've ever had: they have a light, crispy exterior with a pillowy airy interior. I don't know how else to describe it. Excellent coffee too but the donuts are almost worth the 5 hours drive :D Plus fast friendly helpful service"

The ube latte and mochi donut combo was transcendent - quite possibly the best latte I’ve ever had in my life. Bamboo Lou is such a lovely spot you simply have to visit!"

"Went specifically for gluten free, unfortunately it's only gluten friendly and thankfully it didn't make him sick. Finding gluten free donuts have been rough. I do wish they had better options or more options. If I remember right, they had chocolate, glazed, maple and walnut, pistachio and I think one other with coconut. I got the chocolate and glazed and he seemed to like them. They were kinda small but I got him four and he was happy, angry I had to drive so far but happy he finally got a donut"
