from Google"Biscuit Belly is a taste of home, for me. The sausage gravy and biscuits are much like my Momma taught me to make. We found the mushroom gravy to be a little too onion forward, but the gouda gravy was the star of the meal! The maple mayo for the loaded tots is also great. Service is friendly and fast, lots of seating in a bright space. Food could be 5 star for me if the biscuits had a butter wash, especially for the small biscuits (bonuts.) Overall, decent! We shared a gravy flight, loaded tots, fried green tomatoes and a Rockefeller."
"We stopped to pick up a quick breakfast on our way home to Chicago from Florida. The place is really cute, and the ladies working were very sweet. We ordered to go and got our food quickly; the food was delicious. They even had a promotion for free donuts and a reusable coffee cup if you signed up for their app. We will be stopping again on our next road trip."
"A nice cozy brunch spot. I had their take on the hot brown sandwich, which replaces the toast with their biscuits. The loaded tots also tasted great by itself, but the sauce made it better. Overall, the service was great, and the food came out fast."
"Upon a morning chill that threatened my optimism, my Lady declared Biscuit Belly a fitting refuge for breakfast. I raised no objection, as she is most wise in picking locations. The establishment proved comfortingly traditional, dispensing honest food in sensible proportions, as though mindful of the fragility of the human spirit before noon. We were even granted bonuts, a charitable act for which history should remember them kindly. It grows busy with alarming speed, so one must arrive early or perish nobly in hunger."
"The sweet potato pancakes were fantastic, and I enjoyed my omelet with orange juice. I really wanted a coffee, but everything looked so good. I wasn't a fan of the apple butter; it had a herbal flavor and wasn't buttery enough—it tasted more healthy than indulgent, haha! A bit more butter and sugar would have been nice. Their service model involves lining up to order your food. They provide you with a table number and let you know which tables are available. You get a cup to help yourself to fountain drinks, so there's no waiting on a waitress for anything except your food. It’s a popular spot, so there might be a slight wait, but the food comes out quickly. The drink selection at the fountain is quite unique, featuring blood orange seltzer and just one cola. It would’ve been great to have a natural lemonade option without carbonation, but overall, the drink choices are healthy."
