"Love this Heine Brothers, very consistently good cappuccino, friendly, efficient service. There is a beautiful, covered courtyard partially draped under a vine-covered pergola. Nice to sit and people watch, read, or write. Only complaint is that the courtyard area is not wheelchair accessible because of both steps and gravel floor. Inside is very accessible though."

"Person at window was amazing however writing this because I received the wrong food item (soyrizo wrap for Olivia- didn’t realize until I bit into it) and I was supposed to get a bacon sausage wrap. Tried calling and the number fails every time. Don’t have time to drive back since I’m already at work."

"This was a nice coffee shop. We came down for a quick weekend getaway from Michigan and enjoyed some lattes and a quick bite. The inside was a nice atmosphere but we enjoyed the front porch area. There was a local race or street fair going on and it was cool to watch everyone rollerblading by as we sat there. I see there are quite a bit of the Heine brothers coffee shops around. If we get back down that way we will have to check them out."

"Heine Brothers has never gotten it wrong for me. I think I trust them enough that I could go in there and tell them to make me whatever they wanted to and I'd be happy with it. I started drinking something new that I was not used to and was nervous about it (Don't judge me, it cost money) in the barista talked me through it like a right professional. Ive been to all their locations in Louisville, at least I think I have, and it's consistent throughout. Good job Heine Bros! keep it up!"

"They just seemed to be uninterested 😕. The service I encountered today was a much younger generation which may explain the disinterest and inexperience. I must admit this location is my favorite. Which is why I also must share my honest opinion of how the service made me feel. The customer service here was once over the top! Exquisite even. Not today. The blueberry muffin I ordered was perfect but I wasn't asked if it was 'for here or to go'. I planned to sit for a while, while reading my book. But as my food was served it was packed to go without any utensils. This gives me the impression that I'm being rushed off or worse, not wanted. It's the small gestures like asking customers, 'for here or to go?', 'would you like utensils?' 2/3 stars for today's 8/17/25 rating."
