"Did not welcome me in. did not greet me when taking my order, instead said "what can i do for you?". got my name wrong after 2 times, even after spelling it for them. didn't call my name out when my order was done, instead silently put my order out in front of other people who were currently ordering. coffee was old. This kind of service isn't what heine brothers' is supposed to be about. I've felt more welcomed at a mcdonalds, but our drinks came out fast and one of them was good, so point for speed, at least..."
