"I absolutely love Heines Bros! I typically go to this location on dixie, because they have the best customer service. The inside is so comfy and always clean. My favorite drink on the menu is the Iced Matcha Latte and The Matcha Teaberg. I highly recommend this place because of their delicious drinks, inviting atmosphere, good customer service and reasonable prices. Support locally owned businesses! 🌱🫶🏽"

"Great staff. I once spilled my coffee in my truck and they made me a new one free of charge and told me my day was going to get better. Great coffee, but the food, well it's over priced for what it is, microwaved prepared food. Follow Up to owner response: I'd like to further elaborate on the food after seeing the response from the owner. In my review I talked about the food being over priced for what it is and the response I received came off as combative. They made sure to add in Also, our food is sourced locally. To that, well done, good job 👍. Now if you're willing to take constructive criticism from a frequent customer, here's what I have to say about that. Your food may be locally sourced, however, it is not very good. I've had numerous items off of your menu and I don't find many of them very good. For instance, a simple egg and cheese wrap is prepared by taking a pre-made eggs, tossing it into a flour tortilla with some cheese and then throwing it in your toaster on some aluminum foil and then serving that to someone. Your oven burns one side of the tortilla while leaving the bottom soggy. It's not good at all to be honest and you charge nearly $7 for that. In the current economy to be charging that much for, dare I even call it a sandwich, is absolutely absurd. If you can't understand that then their is a serious problem with the standards that your business has. Your staff is always polite, helpful and they do a fantastic job serving the customers. Your coffee is excellent, it's pricey, but it is good so I'm willing to pay more for a quality product. Do you understand why I'm willing to pay more for a coffee like that rather than the food you serve? The same standards do not seem to apply to your food selection and they fall very sort. So, again, constructive criticism, your food needs improvement, it's pretty bad. You're welcome and I hope that is helpful to you when trying to serve your customers in the future."

"I get my coffee here a lot and with the employees most of the time being very nice today is my last day going. The last 2 times going my drink that I get is nothing special just a plan hot Mocha has tasted like absolut garbage burnt and no flavor what so ever. These coffee aren't cheap to keep going back to figure out of my drink is going to be nasty or good today. And today the lady asked me how I want it made. Well if I knew I would make it my self. Back to starbuck ill go."

"This place is good. No let me take that back this place is great, the coffee is just incredible what a great flavor they do an amazing job. The service was amazing, and very fast. We started to go to a different coffee shop, and my nephew said no don’t go there go down the road just a little ways until you find Heinie Brothers, he said you will not regret it. And he was right. If you find yourself in Louisville, they do have some great coffee shops. Do not discount this one it is a must if you’re looking for a great cup of coffee."
