"Coffee wasn’t hot. Said no whipped cream on my latte, they served whipped cream on it. The minuscule size of the borrito is offensive for $5. The staff was friendly, so 3 stars."

"Have been going to this scooters everyday since it opened. Always had got a hot skim latte. A couple weeks ago, I took a sip and something was off. Smelled the latte and it smelled nasty. It was rancid milk. So I started getting an Americano. Well I decided to get a regular latte with standard whole milk today (thought maybe they don't use skim that much so more likely to be spoiled) and this latte is spoiled too! I know my lattes, and like I said everything had been fine for a couple years, don't know if they aren't refrigerating the milk, or not paying attention to expiration dates, or maybe most people who go to scooters just get those super sugary drinks and not actual coffee drinks that require milk. Anyways the people at scooters are awesome, but man you cant be serving rotten milk. So I will not be going to back to scooters for a long time."
