from Google"Sparkling Water. Bean and Rice soup generous portion and thick. Bob Marley (ample portion chicken salad on toasted bun with tomato and lettuce). TEN DOLLARS! What a great price for quantity. Pleasant with TV in background. Great customer service. Prompt service, temperature of food great, very clean. Desserts, cold sandwiches, plus special of the day offered. Great option for anyone. BESIDE Walgreens and ACROSS from Thornton's off Lyndon Lane."
"Cute, cozy , small Deli cafe. We got Ruben and the Prince sandwiches. They were amazing with a side of fresh French fries. Best spot for tasty, quick brunch. Just to let everyone know they just accept cash."
"Just the other day I was praying to God “I wish there was a Panera bread that didn’t suck🙏🏻” and stumbled across this place through divine intervention. I ordered the special. Perfectly crafted, archetypical sandwich & soup combo with a wonderfully curated aesthetic. Heads up, they only accept cash!!"
"This place is SO CLOSE to my house and I had no idea it was here! I've lived in this area for 12 years! How did I not know??? First things first, they only accept cash, so make sure you have some! Now that's out of the way, buckle up! The Starving Artists Cafe & Deli has a unique spin on their menu. Every sandwich is named after an artist! I think it is so clever and fun! The owner has crafted this menu over many years and the pairings are beautiful and perfect! I haven't had a bad sandwich yet! By the way, there are SO many options to choose from! It can feel a little overwhelming to choose because they sound so yummy! I've actually started a note on my phone to keep track of what I've tried so that I can work my way through the menu! My favorite sandwich so far is the Georgia O'Keefe. The fries are pretty good. However, the macaroni salad and potato salad are absolutely amazing! The owner said that it is a family recipe from, I believe, her grandma. I love that kind of family tie in. I've also had a couple of her brownies. Oh my goodness. Super fudgy and my mouth is watering just thinking about it! There are so many options of sandwiches, sides, and desserts. You could go in and get a different meal over and over and over. And they would all likely be absolutely delicious!"
"A fantastic place to get a great sandwich. There are many options on the menu, so you’ll be able to find something that fits your appetite. I went with the reuben and it was soooooo delicious. Everything about it was good, from the soft corned beef to the sauerkraut to the rye bread. I got a bowl of chicken tortilla soup to go with it which was also tasty. There are a few seats inside if you want to sit and eat, or you can take out. The cheesecake looked fantastic and seems quite popular, so I’ll have to come back for that. Service was fast and friendly."
