"Shaffer Coffe was absolutely superb!!! Was recommended by s Dr at the hospital as it was friends of his and what an incredible suggestion. Coffee was very, very good. (& I'm not easily impressed with coffee) The pastry was delicious. But the service!! Woah!! Those young ladies were absolutely perfect! Friendly, polite, respectful in appearance and efficient. This is an absolute "must visit" when in Murray."

"We were students at Murray State University and Shaffer was always our favorite place to go for a fun morning in between classes or to go on the weekends. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, it makes for a cozy hangout or work place. The staff is the best—so friendly and welcoming. Best coffee we have ever had. We have now moved away and living in a Major city but still talk about Shaffer being the best coffee shop we have ever been to! You can tell they put a lot of care and effort into their drinks and bakery goods. I’ve heard that the syrups they make themselves so they taste way better than some coffee shops that just use the generic syrup brands. We would always love trying the seasonal drinks they have. So much fun! Highly recommend stopping here even if you’re just visiting or driving through."

"I got a Iced Salted Caramel Latte and a Loaded Avocado Bagel with my Boyfriend this morning and everything was Amazing, I absolutely loved that Bagel ❤️ 10/10 😋 And the coffee was great of course paired with there perfect Atmosphere in the building, it was very Cozy and I would definitely recommend going there 😁"
