"i actually do love the coffee here but i’ve been a loyal rewards member for over 2 years & both years i’ve gotten a different reason as to why i can’t get my birthday drink when i’m in your drive thru at least 3x a week. spent 2 birthdays in a row going back n forth with drive thru attendants just to not get my birthday drink and have to go to starbucks. must be taking bday drinks out of employees paychecks, sad!"

"Got 2 Frappes and neither of them came with sugar in them an tasted like pure espresso. The Sandwiches we got were amazing and the Employees were nice and respectful but the is why I gave them 5 stars on Food and Service."

"I had just finished an Amazon flex shift and this is the first time I have seen this new business. They have waffle sandwiches that look really good and some bagel ones. They were out of the waffles but had the other sandwiches but instead decided on some donut holes. When I first tried them I wasn't sure what I thought (nothing special) but then I hit the 3rd one and they became addictive :). Needless to say, I didn't save half for my kiddo as I intended.. that rarely happens :). Can't wait to try the waffle sandwich and a coffee.. friendly service and the place looks cleaner the. Waffle House ever did.."

"This Biggby location generally has fast service via drive thru. I enjoy their drinks and the people working there have been very friendly. I usually order the honey cinnamon latte and golden honey latte. Only 1 star less because the drinks are very expensive. For a 24 oz drink can go close to $8.36 (includes almond milk and tax). This is definitely a treat for me and not a daily thing."
