"i went through the 7brew drive thru last night at around 7:45pm and for context i drive a v8 mustang so it’s just naturally a loud car. as i was in the drive thru we turned off the car while ordering out of respect for the person taking our order so she could hear us and so we could hear her without her having to yell, and when we started up the car again, there was a girl that was working making the drinks peeking out the window staring us down and just rolling her eyes giving the dirtiest looks. i noticed it and initially just laughed it off because whatever i didnt know what her problem was. but anyways i had a friend that was right in front of me in the line and when she got up to the window she heard that same girl and the other 2 girls talking about me and how my car is annoying because apparently they thought i was revving it? when in reality it was literally just idling which is completely out of my control its just what a car does. but they were just being VERY rude and unprofessional talking about me in front of not only my friend but also other customers in the line. obviously my friend recorded what they were saying and sent me it and then when i went up to the window i asked if they were talking about me and my car and they denied it and pretended like they werent. but then as i was pulling off, the SAME girl that had the problem from the start started staring me down again and goes “shes still looking at me” and then cocked her head at me lol… i called the 7brew corporate number and left a message and told them the exact date and time i was there and described exactly what she looked like and what she did, she had mid length black or dark brown straight hair. i also will be back later today to speak to a manager about her behavior because it was extremely unprofessional and made me never want to return to this store again to buy anything and i honestly probably wont🤣. i truly hope she gets fired because she does not need to work in customer service if this is the way she treats people, i entered the drive thru in a good mood and left in a terrible one. and this is coming from someone who works in customer service. if i could give 0 stars i VERY much would."

"Love everything I’ve tried. All the workers are pleasant. Why is there no menu? Theres such a long line- you need a menu back where the cars enter. Or have the people taking orders have a handheld menu. Oh and turn the music down."

"I have always loved 7 Brew but could only ever get it when I was out of town! I was so excited to hear that it was coming to Owensboro and have NOT been disappointed in the slightest! Customer is impeccable and the employees are always smiling and truly care for their customers which is such a rarity in this industry! I cannot wait for more deals and more new secret menu items to drop! We love 7B :)"
