"I can't stop coming back to this place, absolutely amazing quality coffee and matcha. I love they make their own syrups, that's what makes them really unique and hard to find in the area. Prices are fair and the baristas are incredibly sweet and helpful. The cigar room is pretty cool to see and the tea room! Dont forget to try the dick Taylor chocolate it's so worth it! Only rated the atmosphere 4/5 because I feel like it could use something more to make it less spacey. Maybe less wall seating and more couches and tables. I know they just moved to that location and will probably change a bunch in the future. Can't wait to try pipers again one day!"

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially toward kids and those with disabilities. It’s my go-to spot whenever I'm in town – highly recommended!"

"My earl Grey tea was not the best I've had and 3/4 of it got tossed. Apparently the latte hubby had was excellent as was his cinnamon roll. The jam pastry was also good. It was freezing in the shop as they left the back door open the whole time so take your coat. The young man taking our order was not friendly at all but the rest of the staff were all nice. As I am a tea drinker only, it will not be a place I will return to as I can get a nicer cup of tea elsewhere but for coffee and/or pastry it was good"
