"Ordered the cake & eggs. You get two large pancakes. The pancakes were cooked perfect, a little crispy on the edges, soft in the center and just the right sweetness! I’ll be going back to this place REAL SOOOON! a few locals hanging out, a perfect little breakfast place!"

"Wait staff was nice. We ordered the eggs combo and the abita star. My ham steak was huge. I had to get a to go box. Food was delicious. They dont have fancy coffee selection like cappuccino or flat white. We sat outside which was very nice. It wasn't so hot that morning. They have the mist to help with the hot weather I supposed"

"Small café located in small town USA. Abita Springs is a historical city and this café celebrates its humble surroundings. Although woefully under staffed for a Saturday morning, the young lady did an exemplary job balancing a 8 top, a 4 top and my humble 2 top. The food was hot and plentiful, coffee was of good quality. Overall a pleasent place for a post run rest, a break from the trace or just a gathering place for friends and family."

"8-22-2025 Came in tonight for their Rotal Reds shrimp special... almost got those tacos again... but trusted my first choice. Concerned the portion (I can eat some boiled shrimp!) might not fill me up... man I was wrong. Nice loaded potato, salad with bacon and cheese... and soooo many shrimp! I almost had to leave some behind. Fantastic experience with great service! 7-11-2025 So I saw a FB post about a brisket taceaux and had to see for myself. Oh boy... it did not disappoint. Loaded with brisket and a tangy street corn mix made for a very satisfying lunch! Service was an improvement over last time so added a star. Check out the picture of the tacos... but sadly... this is not a regular menu item, still we can always hope. Previously.... Feel like I eat burgers everywhere I go... but a Philly Dream? You know I had to try it. Yes... I passed on the all you can eat catfish night, which is obviously a hit here. The burger was a delight, cooked perfectly, and I even took half home. Oh... and I noticed on the way out that people were eating breakfast! An all-day breakfast menu... what a place."

"We are traveling through town in our truck and travel trailer. My girlfriend found this place for us to eat breakfast. I was thoroughly impressed by the food and service. I would definitely recommend. Oh yeah the biscuits are awesome."
