"Probably the longest wait I’ve ever experienced. When we walked in, the lady wasn’t even at the counter—it took about 5 minutes for her to show up. She took my order, then immediately started taking orders from other customers who came in afterward. Instead of preparing any drinks, she sat on the phone for another 20 minutes while more people walked in and placed their orders. At this point, over 30 minutes had passed and she still hadn’t started making my drinks. She just remained at the computer, ignoring the fact that my order (and others) had been sitting there. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. August 31,2025 5pm so you can go back and see who was working!!!!"

"The barristas are always quick, clean and friendly. We usually adjust the drinks (add flavors, secret menu drinks, less sugar) we order and they work with us to get it right every time. Great cream sodas and pumpkin spice frapp!!! You can even get kids sized drinks for the little ones who want a drink like mommy or if you want to try something new! Like any good coffee shop, when you walk in the smell alone brightens your day! Plus, it's inside of a book store, a win win for us!!"
